Payments are non-refundable

The $67.00 Financial Floor add-on and the $27.00 Coverage Review are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where Morgan cancels or cannot provide the service.

If Morgan cancels or cannot provide the service

If Morgan cancels or cannot provide the service, you may choose a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

Can't attend? Reschedule

If you can't make your scheduled time, you don't lose your payment — reschedule instead. For a conversation booked online, use the secure Reschedule link in your confirmation email before the scheduled start: it keeps your existing payment attached to the appointment and does not create a second charge. For anything booked another way, email info@morganbranch.co before your scheduled time and Morgan will move it.

Questions

Questions about this policy or a payment: email info@morganbranch.co. Any refund that is due (for example, if Morgan cancels) is returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
